Industrial Special Risk insurance is a package, which is tailored to protect companies with multiple locations, high asset values and multiple occupations classes.

This package is intended to cover property damage and consequential loss cover for medium to larger organisation with numerous operations, as well as larger insurable values. This policy was created to cover physical assets, including buildings, stock, plant and machinery, and other property owned by the business.

Cover can be extended to include for physical loss, destruction or damage to all property, real or personal, owned by the insured. This is also includes for what the insured is responsible for or has assumed responsibility, insuring the insured, prior to the loss.

ISR insurance is compatible for all enterprises with assets greater than $10 million. We give emphasis on business within the manufacturing industry, as engineering, financial and claims experience are above average,

The ISR policy is based upon the Mark IV wording, involving the agreed endorsements, although other non-standard endorsements can be considered if requested. These covers include the following:

• Loss and/or damage to building, plant and machinery, contents, stock, raw materials, unregistered vehicles and the property of directors and employees
• Loss of gross profits and/or increased expenses caused by damage to insured property and also by contingent damage to property at the premises of suppliers, customers and utilities
• Burglary and theft of money
• Accidental damage and glass breakage
• Removal of debris, extra costs or re-instatement, re-writing of records and professional fees
